🔄 Returns & Exchange Policy

We take pride in ensuring each product is carefully quality-checked. However, due to the nature of kidswear and hygiene standards:

• No returns are accepted once a product is delivered.
• Size exchange is available within 3 days of delivery, subject to:
• Product is unused, unwashed, and with original tags/packaging.
• Exchange request must be raised within 72 hours of delivery via email/WhatsApp.
• Only size change (same product, same color) will be allowed.
• Reverse pickup is subject to courier availability; otherwise, the customer may need to ship the product back.
• If the desired size is out of stock, store credit will be issued.
• No exchange on discounted/sale items.
